Q: Where are you based, and do you travel?
A: We are based in London and the Netherlands. Yes, we absolutely travel! We love capturing destination weddings and have experience shooting weddings across Italy, Dubai, Monaco, India, Abu Dhabi, Greece, Morocco, France, Germany, Belgium, Paris, and many more destinations throughout. Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: As soon as possible! Our calendar fills up quickly, especially during peak wedding season. We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance, or even earlier for popular dates.
Q: What is included in your packages?
A: Our packages vary depending on your needs and budget, and whether you are booking video services in the UK or photo & video services elsewhere. Typically, they include coverage of the wedding day, professionally edited photos and/or videos, and an online gallery for viewing and sharing your images. We can also customize packages to include things like albums, prints, additional hours of coverage, and more. Contact us for a detailed price list specific to your location and service needs.
Q: How many photos/videos will we receive?
A: The number of photos and videos varies depending on the length of your wedding, the services booked, and the package you choose. We focus on delivering a curated collection of the best moments, rather than a large number of similar images. We will discuss this in more detail during our consultation.
Q: What is a "same-day edit"?
A: A same-day edit is a short highlight video that we create and screen at your reception, showcasing some of the key moments from your wedding day so far. It's a fantastic way to share the magic with your guests and relive the day's events almost immediately.
Q: What equipment do you use?
A: We use professional, high-quality film cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment to ensure we capture the best possible images and videos. We are constantly updating our equipment to stay at the forefront of technology.
Q: Do you have backup equipment?
A: Absolutely! We always bring backup equipment to ensure that we are prepared for any unforeseen circumstances.
Q: How long will it take to receive our photos?
A: AI-powered face recognition app that allows us to upload all the raw photos from your wedding day the same day! Your guests can then access the app and easily find photos of themselves, making sharing and reliving the wedding memories even more immediate and enjoyable. It's a fantastic added bonus we offer to our clients. Our standard turnaround time for delivering the final edited photos is 12-16 weeks. We will keep you updated on the progress and notify you as soon as your gallery is ready.
Q: Can we print our photos?
A: Yes, you will have full printing rights to your photos. You can order prints through our online gallery or use any printing service you prefer.
Q: How long will our wedding video be?
A: The length of your wedding video depends on the package you choose. We offer highlight videos (typically 3-5 minutes), an insta reel video (30-60 secs) and the full-length films (ranging from 30-90 minutes). All our films are customisable and we always discuss your preferences during our consultation.
Q: What is included in the highlight video?
A: The highlight video is a cinematic montage of the best moments from your wedding day, set to music. It's designed to capture the essence of your celebration in a short, engaging format.
Q: How do we book you for our wedding?
A: Contact us through our website or by phone to schedule a consultation. We'll discuss your wedding plans, answer your questions, and go over our packages and pricing. To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a deposit.
Q: What is your payment schedule?
A: We typically require a deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks/one month before the wedding. We can discuss payment plans that work best for you.
